Established as the JAPAN HEATING APPLIANCES INSPECTION ASSOCIATION with the approval of the Minister of International Trade and Industry.Headquarters located in Shibuya , Tokyo.Commencement of the inspection program to conform to the Japanese Industrial Standards(JIS)(Oil Burning Cooking Appliance.)

November, 1995

Establishment of the Quality System Assurance and Registration Center(present Management Systems Certification Center) , and the commencement of examination and registration operations in accordance with the standards defined in ISO 9000 Family(Quality System Standards.)

January, 1997

Commencement of operations for the certification of electrical parts used in Oil Burning Appliances.

October, 1997

Commencement of operations for the certification of Water Supply Appliances used in Oil Burning Appliances.

January, 1999

Registration as a measurement and certification company working in the field of acoustic pressure level density measurements and commencement of associated operations.

Commencement of activities based on The Certification System.
